Mileage is calculated from our office location at 107 Country Club Drive NE, Concord NC 28025. *Under-roof sq footage includes living areas, garage/carports, basements, & attached storage. **Standard delivery time is 1 business day from on-site field work. ***Fee applies if cancelled less than 12 hours or if unable to access the property once on site. †Includes sheds and detached garages.
